How to clean desktop computer

Some new desktop users don’t know which tools to use to clean computer.Due to insufficient knowledge they damage computer parts.Here is details for cleaning desktop type computer using things those are available easily in home OR damn cheap.You need not to sign any contract if you learn this in good way.You can do it on your own.

Let’s go in all parts one by one:

Most of dirt comes to the part which we use daily and which are outside ATX cabinet.

Keyboard: Keyboard keys get sticky dirt.To clean it you can use one simple new toothbrush.You can also purchase special paint brush for it.Air blower is also a good option for it.You can go for cheap rubber air blower or you can have electrical one.Never use water to clean keyboard keys.Keep system off when you are cleaning it.

Mouse: Just remove dirt between two keys.So it don’t go inside mouse.You need not to open mouse.If you are still using ball mouse,remove the ball and clean it.For optical mouse its still recommended that you use mousepad.So it get protected by dirt going in laser light.

Monitor : Never use wet cloth to clean monitor screen.You can use cleaner liquid for that.Do not use nail.

Processor & Fan : Remove CPU fan by opening locks.Fan should be clean.You need air blower to clean it.Processor will have sticky thing on it.Don’t remove it.It’s CPU Gum.It protects CPU from over heating.

DVD CD Drive: In market some cleaner disks and liquid is available.You can purchase and use them.Else you can just the cd rest from outside.

Speakers : If you have woofer system don’t use air blower in woofer hole.Don’t use any sharp thing to clean the speakers.
